Hello, I have always been keen to be in good health and maintain mental well-being. I started my career as a pharmacist [still a current member of the General Pharmaceutical Council] and had my own pharmacy for about 15 years and thereafter I was interested in counselling/coaching [Certificate in therapeutic coaching skills] and learning about Reiki [Usui Tradition – completed First and Second Degree Reiki], Ayurveda [Diploma in Ayurveda Lifestyle and nutrition], Yoga [Certificate in Yoga Foundation Studies] and Vedanta.
I believe that we are responsible for our well-being and the short-cuts or quick-fixes are not the best way. The lifestyle choices we make together with good nutrition is the only way to sustain good mental and body state.
Currently, I offer daily mindful chair yoga classes at 10am and 2pm [2-hour class with 30 mins refreshment at the end]. For more details read the section on Mindful Chair Yoga.
